TIM ROGERS
“We have a strategic plan. It’s called ‘doing things.’”
Cardinal Strategic Services was founded on the belief that the role of a consultant is to quickly immerse and assess; develop a strategic plan that includes a realistic plan for implementation; secure and avail resources; make community connections; drive fundraising efforts; and step away. We are not about enabling but rather “abling” clients. And for us, action speaks louder than words. The proof is in the work as well as the number of long-term relationships and friendships Cardinal Strategic Services proudly maintains within the community. People are our passion.
Tim Rogers founded Cardinal Strategic Services with first-hand knowledge: too many companies – and their consultants – move in molasses and “talk” more than “do.” His 30+ years of experience working in both arenas have shaped his get-down-to-business model. Cardinal Strategic Services’ primary focus is to bring strategy to an organization’s philanthropic efforts, with a belief that vision without funding is a non-starter. Tim has a proven track record, with experience backed by measurable results. He’s both a numbers guy and a word lover – a linguist who cares about the bottom line. Tim also is extremely respected and well connected within the community. For him it’s about more than networking; he has a genuine interest in a diversity of missions and the individuals who drive them. He connects the dots and people to form mutual beneficially relationships. Planning, coaching, implementing and connecting are the pillars of Cardinal’s partnerships and the foundation for his clients’ successes.
